SHIPPING:
In stock merchandise will be shipped out within 48 hours.
Customer will be notified within 24 hours if merchandise is backordered or sold out.
Merchandise will be shipped Ausralia Post or Courier.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs will not be refunded.
DELIVERY METHOD:
You can choose one of the delivery methods, depending on you urgency.
Please allow up to (10) days for delivery, although usually deivery will be much quicker.
Express overnight shipping available for an additional $6.00 charge.
BACK ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK:
We normally stock 95% of our products at any given time, but out of stocks occur on occasion.
If your order
includes an item on backorder, you will be notified promptly by a Customer
Service Specialist, who will provide you with options to fulfill your
current order.
RETURN POLICY:
Elegant Memories is dedicted to providing you with quality customer
service. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchases that you
make. It is our policy that you may return merchandise purchased on our
site within (7) days of delivery of a shipment. (See Merchandise
Returns below for limitatons on specific purchases).
Note: No Shipping Charges Will Be Refunded. All refunds will be less shippinng charges.
Returned products may also be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED:
To ensure that we are able to offer you full credit please:
1. Keep products in new condition
2. Return products in manufacturer's original packaging
3. Include all components originally packaged with the product
4. Do not write or mark on the packaging, contents, or cards
5. Package your items very carefully
All sales for clearance merchandise are final. No returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise.
Our cancellations must be done prior to shipment of product. All cancellations should be communicated through email or phone

Due to the seasonal nature of the merchandise that we carry, merchandise purchased before:

The above Events
Merchandise cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit after
the event has passed, even if it is within the (7) day return period.
OTHER MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
All other proeducts can be returned for any reason within (7) days of delivery of a shipment.
PRODUCT ABUSE DISCLAIMER:
Items that are damaged due to improper handling, rough handling,
electrical overloading, immersion in water and/or have broken bulbs
cannot be exchanged and are not returnable or refundable.
Discrepancies between merchandise ordered and merchandise shipped:
Any discrepancies
between what was ordered and what was received will be handled directly
by the Elegant Memories Service Staff. Please email us within (3) days
of the shipment receipt at
RETURNS PROCDURE:
In order to return merchandise you must first request a return authorization number.
IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW THE RETURNS PROCEDURE ABOVE.
